Did: 12x400m (69.6, 66.9, 69.4, 68.7, 68.1, 67.5, 67.5, 67.2, 68.4, 66.1, 67.2, 66.5) w/ 400m recovery (2min-2:15min).

Suprised myself with this one. Didn't feel great going into it, but another workout where I get uncomfortable/tired fast but then it doesn't get much worse. I had a little burst of speed everytime I asked for it today. Probably the best workout I've had in a long time.
