Comments:
Legs were still pretty sore in the quads and hammies but for some reason I had a goal today to just run 7:30 pace throughout the run (not going out slow and finishing really fast) just holding the same pace throughout. Called it an easy tempo because of keeping same pace whole time and it was faster than my normal runs. Anyways, ended up running faster just like I secretly knew I would haha. First 1.08 8:30, next 8:05, next 7:35 or so then was at 3.96 at 29:08 then didnt know splits after that. So basically kind of like a progression run also. Felt good because I was making myself having a conversation with my self to keep the effort level at sustainable and basically as a way to cap myself. Not really sure what to expect at LHU next week.
