Comments:
Weather was pretty nice with a solid breeze but I think all the faster running I've been doing especially last night (and the leg workout sesh after the run last night) finally juts caught up to me today. Legs werent sore...just literally dead. Couldnt go any faster in all honesty so just got up to 40 this week instead of 42, sucks but what are you gonna do. Its also probably cause I havent taken a day of in about 10 or 11 days but all summer I was running 6 days a week. Hopefully this weke leading up to LHU goes smoothly.
