RFHS Track Workout

Comments:
Pretty good track workout. Felt a little sluggish on the warm-up, but nothing out of the ordinary (of the past month or so).

The plan was to do an "up-tempo" K, followed by on/off 200s. The K turned out to be a little less "up" and a little more just "tempo": I wasn't paying attention and I rolled COMFORTABLY through the 400m in 1:18! I sped up quite a bit but I still only managed a 3:11. Oh well.

600m recovery, then on/off 200s with the plan of mid-30s for the "on" and mid-40s for the "off". These went better, with me doing 6x200 in 34-35 and 5 "off" 200s in 40-50. Not bad.

Felt slow and clunky on the cooldown; still tired from this past weekend.

I managed to FOIL two attempts by The Crow on the cooldown, which was key...but he/she did swoop me on the warm-up! DRAT!
