4 sets of 400 @ mile pace, 2 min rest, 300 @ 800 pace, 1 min rest, 200 @ 400 pace, 5 min rest, 10 min after the second set, wasn't a killer workout and felt pretty strong during it just working on feeling smooth and getting some turnover going, went 66, 65, 65, 64 on the 400s, 47, 46, 45, 47 on 300s, and 29s for the 200s, felt good but sore overall, lots of active recovery too
