Good run, took advice from phil's workout yesterday since I'm trying to do this relay. Did 4x1600 with about 2.5 minutes recovery

It was ok, I was a bit tired, but ran fine. I thought about doing five, but think I couldn't have held the pace. Four was enough for now. Had a 1 mile warmup and 2 mile cool down for a total of 7 today. I'm just trying to hit 50 or so this and next week. Hope I don't get too tired.
