Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
YESTERDAY: worked with Jeff on my back, where I found out that I'm not flexing through my L pelvis, which is stressing out my R SIJ - and that I'm subbing too much gross pelvic SB for true rotatory/extesion/flexion motion.
That said...was a bit a-motivated/frustrated with that issue, not sure how feasible it'd be to fix. Moreover, I was 1.) hungover slightly and 2.) irritated with Chelsea, so I didn't get out the door 'til after noon.
Finally drove to Martin St to do a trail-ish run. Ran easy on Rexius, then up to Baldy, then all the way to Blanton and back. Focused on "pure" hip flexion on the L side, which actually made the R extension more true/powerful.
Felt pretty good all run, though tired and sore feet at the end.
