Long Run

Weather: Hot and Humid

Comments:
Did 6.5 out of 7 miles of the long run, but I felt like I my head had heat radiating from it and felt dehydrated, and I probably was somewhat since with the rain I didn't think it would be that hot out and didn't drink as much as I should have. Should have done the extra half mile, but with that and my left leg feeling cramped up for some reason (iced it a ton tonight) I just wasn't feeling it.

On the bright side it was quite a bit above pace though I may have put the distance down as longer than it really was, and I've made varsity for now! After trying to push myself all season to this point I have finally gotten it, which means I need to put forth maximum effort in all the workouts from here on out to try to keep the spot and improve further.
