Comments:
First day of school and first tempo. Went okay. Conversational level and pretty relaxed for most of it. Splits: (6:20,6:31,6:16,6:21,6:15). HR 180 when I finished. Not bad for me but coach thought it was pretty high. Didn't have much go on the 300's. I'm still on the tired side from this mileage. Still, this is much better than where I was freshman year and I'm still training hard. Down week probably next week or the one after.

Also, this was inconveniently late and I did not stretch properly or ice bath or do hips. Tommorow is the make up session though.
