Comments:
Team r didnt do so hot. probably mostly my fault. my bad guys. plan was to sit back and wait, and i kind of did that for the first mile, but my legs just never got going. fell way back, got stung by a bee, and probably looked pretty awful. couple people asked how i was doing, shrugged it off and let it go. its intersquad. no big deal. i know when i need to be ready. got some mileage in on cool down, but i dont really know how far. i don;t think it was the 5 i was looking for.
