Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Post-work, ran longer/tempo. Nice to not rush the tempo. Ran the N/E path to VRC, then back to EWEB. Didn't push it, yet I was running 6:30s. Did x4 strides, then hit the tempo at EWEB.
Foci:
1.) Forward trunk
2.) "R drive" - L hip flexion on stable pelvis = R ext.
3.) Tall chin
4.) breath control
For the first time in a while, this felt very strong and sustainable: kept the breath in check nearly the whole time. Was hoping it'd be faster, but only cut 18:01. Oh well. Stride felt good.
Did HCY at 7PM afterward - quite a triple today.
