Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran early with Drew. I think I will like running early between the workouts this season. Chill run. Just stayed chill. Felt decent. My legs are still tired but its better than I expected to feel after lifting hard yesterday. Real easy run though.
Did my first swim of the season. It was actually my best ever. I felt like I actually got in a rythum and didn't have to take any breaks to catch my breath the whole time! The only time I stopped was to fix my goggles a few times. This was a success for me.
