Followed by lactic ticklers 40 seconds off 20 seconds sprint. Total of 5 times. Time for the 5k is with the rest put in.
After this morning's run the area between my calf and Achilles heel was hurting the rest of the day. While I was running the 200 between the 1200 and 800 it felt as if something small tore right right there, and I have my grandma who is a nurse over for the night. She checked it out and seems to think I ripped something there. Ankle is also not feeling so good after yesterday. Still not much of an excuse for how bad I did today. All my times except the 200's were off, and I should have pushed myself more.
