Same as last week, but I cut out the single leg box squats since those strained my hammies a lot. I did hammy rehab during stretching to compensate and strengthen a smarter way

Medball pushups

DB lateral shoulder raise
Box step ups
Bench dips
Burpees
Busted out the metal chain today for box step ups. Thats the real deal. Get big. Overall a good lift not super sore after but I felt like I got some in. Could pop up the weights on some stuff...
