Fartlek up and around the Lakes

Comments:
Went for a ladder fartlek up around the lakes, :45, :45, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00 and then back down. Felt pretty good overall for the first real fast stuff we have done. The group stayed together well too.

Lifting at Veale. Essentials: ibis x 30, gluteals, push-ups in lifting, leg hang, stretch, roll.
