High Point to Mineral Point to Glenway and back-
My hip flexor was still hurting today even after stretching well and doing drills and abs yesterday. So I took off my watch and went for about as flat of a run as I can get from the apartment. My hip flexor felt okay for much of the flat and downhill sections but hurt pretty bad whenever I went up even a slight incline let alone a major hill.
When I returned I did a strider followed by drills and abs.
