GMacD modified this so that there'd be less volume and more speed. It was him, me, and AB doing this one. We had a few others out like: MK, VR, and KL. RW was there with a group of women too.
My workout was very challenging; the 1st 800 was in 2:21 and they dropped back to 2:24 depending on where the "hard part" was. The wind was also a factor today.
Also I was stung by a bee or wasp at the begining of this workout. That's the first time in my life that's ever happened.
I finished my last 200 in 28", very satisfying.
