Comments:
fartlek workout. i felt kind of crappy because i'm kind sick, but i got through it. pretty good workout. was in the top group the whole time. fell off a bit on the second 3:30 section, but bounced back. hamstring was also really tight so i didnt push the last minute and the 2 45's too much. just kept the same pace. pretty good day.
