Eastside crossover

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Around noon from veale. What a classic route. The definition of the thug life. I went, alone since no one was around. It was pretty hot out, but I felt ok. Sluggish in t,he beginning since this was close to the first run, but legs felt good. Did some striders with Thea and coach when I got back to veale. Those felt really smooth and it felt like I got a little speed under me.

Essentials: stretch, roll, L7, pushups, Ice bath

Good stretch after, ice bath even better. Probs won't be splitting up my runs like this in the future weeks. I just had a meeting at an awkward time today. We shall see though since I did double last year, and I don't really mind it
