Weather: cloud with sunny periods, windy

Comments:
with GMacD and AB at 7 am from the PE bldg.

I only managed to get in about 16' warm up for this.
drills and strides
1 loop of Lond Pond @ LT... did it in a PB of 9:26! My fastest ever; hammered the first bit to drive my heartrate up.
Then about 3' of "Leap Frog" running along the flat side of LP.
About 10' of cooling down and then a chat with KB at her house :o)

A fun little recovery day.
