Today was my leg day. Apparently working out the larger muscle groups helps with fat/weight loss. It gives me yet another reason to do squats and what not. I used to not work my legs because it would prevent me from running the next day. Gotta throw it in there though. I think I put too much on the bar when I was doing squats and may have done something to my back. Nothing serious, but it may set me back afew days.
