If You Can't Run, Jog Really Slowly

The hip flexor was still bothering me, but it reached the point where I felt I would be able to go for a very slow jog. It was so slow that it sort of dragged, but sometimes you have to run 10:00 pace before you can run 8:00 pace when you're coming back from muscular injuries. I elected not to wear a watch so I wouldn't be tempted to run any faster than my hip is ready for. I was really crawling at the beginning but managed to loosen up to a more reasonable jogging pace for a lot of the way back. I had some hip pain that came and went periodically during the run, though it was hard to tell real pain from the burning of the Icy Hot I smothered my hip in before I ran.
