Weather: rainy, cool and humid

Comments:
The weather was similar to Duke where I suffered in the humidity, so it was good to have a tough workout in that weather. Suppose to go 4 x 400 (82-84) with 100m jogs, 2 x 800 (2:48-2:52) with 200m jogs, 1 x mile (5:45) with 400m jog, 2 x 800 (2:48-2:52) with 200m jogs, and 4 x 400 (82-84) with 100m jogs. Went 82, 82, 82, 83, 2:50, 2:50, 5:39 (!!), 2:52, 2:49, 84, 81, 79, 78. I was so excited. This was tough alone, but I had fun!!
