rasn by myself this afternoon. i was content with this as my hamstring was still kind of sore and setting my own pace would be nice. i was tight starting but i loosened up as i got out there. i always have lots to think about these days. keeping busy. caught up with tim near the end, and did some striders with him. then walk overs with the usual essentials.
