Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
OK+ run with Jake. Did the midsection of the WTC course. Started a bit uptempo and kept it there most of the run. Felt good at times, but not great at others. Feet were pretty sore. Also had to deuce x2. Worked on the flexion pattern stride AND opening up the R lumbar/pelvis into extension. Sore from the track session.
Felt pretty solid, post-run. Had In N Out, then went that night to Oakland for his Dad's wife's 50th bash. Fun!
Wore the WS Bajada Grays.
