Exercise Type: Run

Weather: humid so even the 8am slight coolness didn't help so much

Comments:
got myself rly loose. then did my striders. since they were longer than they were prob supposed to be, i only did a set of 5 (there and back as 1). i also prob went too fast on 1-3. 4 was up on my toes (for my 1st time this season). then 5 was much mellower, just to stide out one last time...then slow cooldown.
