Weather: 60, sunny, AWESOME!
Comments:
Dropped the car off at the shop this morning, then ran from there.
The plan was to run a workout today: either AT or hills. But I'm still feeling like SHIT, so at first, I bagged the hills and decided on AT. I ran around UW-RF but I felt just terrible, so I bagged the AT, too and just ran easy.
After looping through campus I ran past the old apt and onto the trails. Did my first "Deuce Lutz" loop in a lonnng time. My legs came around decent but I felt really fatigued afterwards.
Two nuggets of annoying news this afternoon:
(1) My car's gonna cost $550 to fix -- money I don't have.
(2) I took another practice Board -- and did 1 question WORSE, after a month of studying! F.
Went to Anytime to lift weights and felt better about things. Two post-lift beers also helped... :)
