SE Rec to Park to Lake Mendota Trail to Picnic Point, a little further along Lake Mendota, and back (alone)-
With an empty block of time in my schedule today, I decided to run from campus. My hip was hurting a lot right when I started but felt better once I loosened up some. My stomach was upset and I could tell it is going to be very hot and humid today. I kept having to slow myself down to make sure I didn't overdo the run and mess my hip up all over again. The trails were really nice.
