Exercise Type: Weights

Went in to lift today after class. We didnt have Circuits lab today, otherwise this would not have been possible. I thought it would be awkward just lifting w/o running first, but people do it all the time I guess. Some new stuff today, and I bumped the weights up

Row to squat
Goblet squat w/ press
Jerk
DB fly, DB forward arm, DB PBDKLKLKDKLDKLKD
Row up, bicep curls

Pretty good lift though. It was kinda awkward and busy, but I felt strong throughout. Stretched a little after, rolled and headed out. I cant tell if I like lifting tues/thurs instead... This was good cause now we have more time to ice bath tomorrow.
