Comments:
mini, impromptu workout. 8, 6, 4, 2, 2, 2 w/ 30s rest in 2:54 (90/84), 1:50 (75, 35), 71, 34, 31, 31. didn't warm up much and eased into it...pretty much every 200 was faster than the previous one. not too taxing, but nice to get something a little faster in.
