Warmup with J girls, cooldown with Katie and Gaby. Workout with J girls. 4 sets of 4x400, first and third set at 44-45 pace, second set at 42-43 pace and last set at 43, 41, 40, all out (38). I felt fine but heavy as Rick Ross on the last two.
