Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Basically right after we got back. I kinda looked like I had just gone swimming since I was drenched in sweat. Took a quick shower and headed down. I didnt have my suit or goggles, but Chris E let me borrow his (clutch). First I did stroke swim. 3 strokes/ breath felt strong actually. I only stopped once to cough up water which was pretty dec. I lost track of laps, but I am pretty sure I did 10. Right after that I did 5 laps of the kicking. I havnt done that before, but its really good for my hip flexors. I really tried to focus on working those hips, kicking from the hip. Def felt strong in the water. 2 swims in a row in a row!
