Comments:
I felt pretty tired this morning, but still got up and out on time. Legs felt super heavy and sore for the first part, understandable. I think they were sore form the swimming. Felt much better when I turned around at lee and came back though. Added on around Soverlook on the way back. Another nice AM run, I can fit in some mileage this weekend now.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7
Feeling a little looser after stretching. Hammy is kinda sore on the left though. Rolling helps.
