Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After the bank heist with Wyatt, I ate breakfast then digested a little at veale. Went out with MJ gabe and Phil. We just went up np. MJ and gabe were going longer, so Phil and I went off and picked up the pace a little. Felt sluggish on the way out but strong the way back. It was sunny and humid. I felt decent though. Hammy was tight, but didn't feel it when running really
Essentials: stretch, roll, L7, hips, abs, ice
Did 2 striders right when I got back, then I went down to lift with gabe. Striders felt ok. Stretch was good too but my hip flexors are sore from the swim yesterday, and I think that is tightening up my hammy, which I can still feel tight
