Eagle Heights

SE Rec to Lake to Lake Mendota Trail to Eagle Heights and back-

I decided to run straight out the trail today with no detour to the picnic point so I could see where it led. Shockingly, Eagle Heights has a massive hill. My hip felt good right when I started but began to hurt a moderate amound over the course of the latter portion of this run. I wanted to extend things a bit and I certainly pushed my hip some today. We'll see how it feels tomorrow. I slowed down some because of my hip, but I also don't really have a clear understanding of the distance on this run because of the trails.
