Comments:
hills in the meadow. was tired again. not sure why, maybe i'm still adjusting to a school week. the workout was pretty iffy. i felt okay, but i just don't like to take rest periods as fast as a lot of people do. i just feel like I'm slower to recover than most other people. whatever. my form wasn't that great, according to video and coach said we'll watch it and try and fix it. she said its not too big of a deal because we don;t have too many hills in our races this season, but i personnaly would still like to be able to have good form, and do well on some hills. we'll see. did 9, but the last 2 were a little slower. had better days. two for rest before calvin!
