Comments:
10 minute warm-up run on treadmill at anaerobic pace (estimated between 1.5-2 miles) and tried the workout

10 squats without weights
10 step-ups on stairs
10 donkey kicks for each leg
10 calf raises on each foot
10 marching?
30 crunches
20 pushups
10 imaginary bench press...
10 dips
8 bicep curls with a bag of rice on each hand

No idea what some of the workouts mean.
Entire duration of warmup and workout was 30 minutes
