Comments:
expecting speedwork but got lucky with a set of 8 x 800m @ 2 mile pace, wanted to stay relaxed the first half and then pick it up really well during the second half and actually managed to do it right on, did the whole thing with ishan, hit 2:29, 2:27, 2:29, 2:26, 2:22, 2:21, 2:21, 2:20, started to hurt a lot around the 6th one but got through it, felt relieved but also strong at the end, glad to do this kind of distance stuff for a change
