Sunday Swim

So one more day of rest for my hammy. I hate missing long runs, but you got to do what you got to do. I went down to fribs for breakfast, then did some HW at Nord before going to swim. Me Phil, Anna and Kristen showed up at the end. Did 200 swim, 200 kick a few times, I think I got up to 1200 yrd. We were kinda fooling around, but for the most part I got some strength and exersice in. Did a fun relay at the end where I really went hard. Hammy kinda dull sore after, not tweaked though. Shluld be ok tomorrow with some heat and compression.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, pushups

Kristen and I were gonna bike to add on, but decided against it since it wouldnt really add that much to our workouts... SO I just stretched out a little and rolled. More rolling and ice tonight.
