Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Leisurely morning - but did a strong conditioning set - then ran.

Not terribly sore: maybe the R hip the most sore. Feet felt good. L knee was remarkably good. Got a bit tired at the end, but focsed on:

1.) Flexion pattern
2.) "Opening" of pelvis, especially the right.

#2 was the only thing I didn't do well at McK.

Did easy yoga that night. Still tighter through L leg but better, both legs.
