Comments:
ran progressive long run today. mostly with david. chris and ethan were with us for the beginning. we went super duper slow at the beginning, which i actually wasn't too big a fan of, but everyone was doing it and i didnt want to go by myself... david and i finally picked it up a little in the middle, then more for the end. like we were supposed to, who knew. it was a pretty good run. talked with david a lot once we separated to just us and we had some pretty good conversations. little tired after, as lifting killed me. swimming and abs and stretching too. very hectic day. tomorrow will be much of the same. woo. this week will probably be a doosy. messed up time, so i'm not entirely sure what happened. also ethan, richmond is 6.9 according to my mapping skills, so its a little bit short. not quite as short as you thought, just a hair short. no biggie. 13.8 instead of 14. i'll round up.
