Comments:
Hills in the meadow for the second week in a row. It was a hard and good workout. Bounded halfway up the long hill, running the rest, and we also worked on some downhill running, taking it pretty quick on the ways down.

I felt we all pushed ourselves a good amount. Back to Veale for essentials and then swimming. A good day for getting mileage.
