Progresson of Pace + Thoughts

Comments:
Usually I do not like these a whole lot but today it was good. Chris and I were on our own from about halfway through the second pace and on; and we talked about the season a lot and were getting pretty excited. The pace on the last segment felt similar to a quick summer run which was good.
