Again had to leave school by 4 so just went on my own again, did the warmup loop plus a little something else, felt a little tired and sore but whatever. Wanted to get a little bit of hard running in but nothing spectacular just a little something to get the legs moving and not too stagnant for this weekend. 400 at like mileish pace, walk/jog recovery, 200 in between 400 and 800 pace, walk/jog recovery, 100 all out then 400 meter cooldown. The 400 was right where I wanted it to be, 200 was a slightly too fast as I was aiming for 35 and the 100 was right where I wanted it to be (I actually hit a tad under 15 but oh well). Hopefully Saturday will go well.
