Forest Hills

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solo run form veale. Went around 11. I didnt double this morning. Kinda just went out and did a loop on my own. Hadnt been to forest hills in a while so I ran up there. Hammy felt very tight in the beginning like it did yesterday. Loosened up as I went along... THere was a cool police training exersice going on that closed off the parking lot. Real COPS shit going down. Started to feel better on the way back. I thought that this was longer than it was... o well its a race week and I have been feeling very sore and tight in the hips groin and hammies. When I got back, I was tired, but I did some striders to loosen up. THey felt good.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, buddies, icebath

Went down to swim first right as I got back. More on that...

Stretch session was good though. I felt pretty good from that. I was kinda feeling tight in the inside of the hammy,under the groin. Not the deep tissue pull feeling, just a tightness on the side. Once I get going its ok, just imbalances in the hips and groin too. Got a really good ice bath in though with Cohara and Phil. It was literally 32 C. Gonna just go easy tomorrow and loosen up before PSB, cause I feel ready from the way workouts went this week.
