Hill Run with the MUN xc team

Comments:
I wore the new watch for the first time and managed to screw up the time (as everyone else on the run did too).

I couldn't tell you how long this was but it was three big hill: up to three pond barrens, the three-hill mile loop in Pippy Park, and up Mt. Scio taking the long way up. Mostly with GMacD, MH and CB. The first one was the hardest as I didn't really have a chance to warm up.

Afterward, GMacD gave me a protein shake and it made my belly happy.
