Comments:
Did another hill workout. Identical to last week except we bounded up half of the first hill segment and we worked the downhills. Much higher effort today really cranking into the repeats. Felt good. Really worked my legs. I was pretty tired at the end. Solid workout. We had a great group too. We'll run together when the time comes and thats awesome!
No lift. We'll get it in Friday.
Swim was good today. Up to 14 laps. I'm feeling good about it. Better and better each week. Under water laps suck. I'm wokring on those now.
Really focused on my form today. Thanks Ethan. Really trying to work on that since Coach called out my arms last week. I noticed a difference!
