I decided to run today but take off my watch and go really slowly. My hip seemed to be more inflamed than Tuesday and I was going slower, so maybe time off isn't what I need so much as a slow return to running done with more patience. My hip was sore for almost the entire run but never so bad I considered stopping or anything drastic. The weather may have played a role too. Perhaps I need to get my hip loosened up some.

Today the heat broke... completely. It was 85 degrees yesterday and 57 was the high today. Wow.
