Woke up pretty sore today. The Dance in Translation kinda made my calves sore. I wasnt too sore after the race though, so it might just be catching up with me now. We milled around the house in the morning getting work done and headed out to run at 3. It was me David Joe Ethan and Chris. Ethan and Chris were going longer, and they started to drift behind us and we kinda dropped them. We went out shaker this time, and back on shelburne. Felt pretty good going out actually. My hammy was much better today not tight at all, kinda a little irritated behind the knee cap. On the way back, legs got tired and I was kinda struggling, felt a taxied in the legs. We did pick up the pace on the way back. I ended up adding a little more on when we got back (just down to Euclid Hts and back). I was looking for the lost cat fliers. We found a cat on our porch today and she just walked into the house and wandered around. We named her Gandalfa. For now she is just chilling at the house. I suspect she is someone elses cat though...
