Comments:
Over the course of 2 hours, got about 9 miles via cheering on the team, warming up with them, and cooling down. This approach did not do much to help my oh so sore butt + hamstrings; but it was fun to be there for the team. Good day! Being at a meet and not having to kill yourself in a race is always real enjoyable.

Day off from essentials but I did stretch and roll!
